Come As You Are.

We understand that every body is different and that each one of us comes to yoga for different reasons, which is why we offer classes for multiple levels of ability and experience.

 

GENTLE ASANA

Sunday 11:15am - 12:15pm

All Levels, pay what you can, drop-in.

This class incorporates breathwork, intuitive movement, and modifications. This is a perfect space for beginners and people who have mobility limitations! We include options to do the whole class from a chair.

Note: Music is not played during this class and a singing bowl is played live at the end of the practice.

 

MINDFUL FLOW ASANA

Tuesday 5:15pm - 6:15pm

Thursday 5:15pm - 6:15pm

All Levels, pay what you can, drop-in.

Flow is an active class with flowing movement connected with the breath. Options are given for all levels and the focus is on the internal, personal exprerience of movement rather than the outward apperance of the postures.

QUEER YOGA SPACE

The Last Saturday of each month

10:15am - 11:15am

All Levels, pay what you can, drop-in.

This class is open to all LGBTQIA+, queer, and trans* folks. Come join in for community and mindful movement. After class stay for some tea and conversation. No experience is necessary, folks of all abilities, ages and levels are welcome.

PRIVATE CLASSES

Work with Gray in a one-on-one setting with individualized goals and pacing. To set up private classes, email or send a message.

Rates for a 60 minute private session are on a sliding scale. Please choose a rate that is right for you.
